Who did Meadowbrook lean on this season when things got tough in the running game?
Morgan Moses.
The 6-7, 332 pound tackle was pivotal to powering the Monarchs (9-3) impressive running game. Whether Torrean Crowell needed short yardage around the goal line or Marcus Spencer was looking to bust off a long run, Moses was the guy they ran behind.
He graded out at over 80 percent on his blocking and had 37 crush blocks for the season on the way to being selected first-team all-region.
Only a junior, Meadowbrook coach Bill Bowles said, “He has all the tools and work ethic to improve.”
